How do I find my Folio Number?

Each parcel of land in Florida has a unique identifier called a folio number. They are also known as " Folio IDs" or "Parcel Numbers." These thirteen-digit identification numbers are used to track ownership and other information about the parcel. Computer systems use folio numbers to identify a property.

If you're buying or selling property in Florida, it's important to know your folio number! You can find folio numbers on your deed, mortgage, or tax records. If you're unsure where to find your folio number, you can contact your county property appraiser's office for assistance. Or, even easier, you can download the Denizen App to access all of your home’s information including the folio number.
